Main purpose

Suitable for conducting drop ball impact tests on various plastic films and sheets. This product complies with GB/T9639 "Test Method for Impact Resistance of Plastic Film and Thin Film - Free Dart Method", and also meets the requirements of SO7765 "Determination of Impact Resistance of Plastic Film and Thin Film - Free Dart Method" and ASTMD1709 "Standard Test Method for Resistance of Polyethylene Plastics to Free Dart Impact" for testing equipment.
This machine places the test product on a test bench in a high and low temperature environment, and freely drops a fixed weight steel ball from the specified drop height onto the product to impact it. Then, the appearance and various performance of the product are checked. It is suitable for impact strength testing of plastic, ceramic, acrylic, glass, lenses, hardware and other products.
